If you are a health conscious chicken lover, we have got you covered even then with our delicious Low Fat Butter Chicken.
You could make a vegetarian version of the dish by simple replacing chicken with pieces of paneer. Marinate the paneer for 5-6 hours too to ensure there is enough flavour in them before putting them in the oven or tandoor.

Fiama Di Wills Peach and Avocado Deep Moisturize Shower Gel Review with IMBB rating 4.7/5

September 11, 2018 3 Comments

Hello Ladies!

I am here with a shower gel. This is Fiama Di Wills Peach and Avocado Deep Moisturize Shower Gel. I love Fiama Di Wills’ shower gels. I also had used their Blackberry variant. But I like this one more. I find it so good that this one is my second bottle. This has become my all time favorite shower gel even though I am quite choosy about my shower products.

Price: INR 185/- for 250ml

Transform your bathing experience into a delightful and refreshing indulgence with the Fiama Di Wills Body Wash. Superior bathing delight meets luxurious skin nourishment with Fiama Di Wills Body Wash Peach and Avocado Deep Moisturize Shower Gel.
Fiama Di Wills has infused it with the richness of Avocado deep and the natural goodness of Peach comes together in its unique blend of gel+ creme body wash. It not only uplifts your mood but also moisturizes your skin to make it bouncy.

When you open the cap first for the time, you can smell an amazing scent of fruits. It’s so pleasant and attractive. Oh, I am a fan of this kind of smell! I like to use this shower gel in the morning. And the smell makes my day energetic and beautiful. The best part is that the smell stays for a decent time, and not gets vanished immediately. I think if you like good smelling shower gels, this one for you.
This shower gel looks orange in color and it also contains some small, deep orange beads. The gel looks good. But I can’t understand the role of the beads. Texture of this gel is nice. This is neither a thick one nor runny in consistency. I need decent amount of product on my loofah and then I gently massage it on my body. Also, one bottle lasts for long. It lathers decently. I like my shower gels to create foam, so that I get a chance to play with it. This shower gel does this job nicely.

Overall, this shower gel is my recent favorite shower gel. It works in a both ways. It gives moisturizing effects with a great scent. I am just addicted to this gel now. This is available almost everywhere. And the price is affordable too. I enjoy my shower with this gel.

Skin Benefits of Aloe Vera

August 09, 2018 2 Comments
Aloe vera is a cactus plant that belongs to the Liliaceae family. It grows in dry climates such as those found in parts of Africa and India and has been used medicinally for centuries. The incredible Aloe Vera needs no introduction. Its benefits are well-known, which is why it has earned a permanent place in many a household. Aloe Vera is extensively used in beauty products and for good reason.. Aloe vera is renowned across the world for its many healthcare applications and uses. It’s used in traditional Indian medicine for constipation, skin diseases, worm infestation, infections and as a natural remedy for colic. In Chinese medicine, it’s often recommended in the treatment of fungal diseases, and in the Western world, it has found widespread use in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical and food industries.
it can be used topically to enhance the health and beauty of your face, skin, hair and more. Keep reading to find out why and how to use the Aloe Vera plant, the gel and the juice in your daily skin and hair regimen.

Here are some benefits of aloe vera for Skin.

1.Prevents Signs Of AgingWrinkles and fine lines are bound to appear as you age. But, other factors may expedite what is a natural process. Aloe vera helps in preventing these early signs of aging. Make an all-over age defying facial mask by mixing 1 teaspoon each of aloe vera gel and oatmeal with ½ teaspoon olive or coconut oil. The oatmeal will act as a gentle exfoliator as you work it evenly over your skin. After about 30 minutes, carefully remove the mask with warm water. Repeat weekly to achieve maximum results. If you choose to use other anti-aging products, look for aloe on the list of ingredients to ensure you are including its natural benefits in your skin care routine.

2.Reduces Acne And Helps Lighten Blemishes- Feel like you’ve tried everything to control your acne, but that perfect complexion still eludes you? Give aloe a try. Aloe contains many nutrients like vitamins A, C and E and also has antioxidant properties that encourage the growth of new, healthy skin cells to accelerate the healing of blemishes and provide relief from skin conditions like eczema.

3.Moisturizes SkinAloe vera makes a great natural moisturizer. A major component of it is water, with the rest being packed full of over 200 different nutrients. Whenever you have dry skin or as a regular moisturizer, you can apply the gel and let it absorb into your skin.

4.Helps With Sunburns And Reduces Tan Aloe vera is so effective at treating burns that a recent study found that first and second degree burns treated with aloe healed an average of nine days faster than those left untreated! Not only is aloe an amazing burn treatment, it also has been found to significantly accelerate the healing of cold sores, bug bites and open wounds, and can even help to reduce and prevent stretch marks! All of these amazing benefits are again due to its ability to rebuild collagen much more quickly than its normal rate of reproduction. Aloe also is absorbed into the outer layer of skin up to four times more quickly than water, making it a potent and optimally effective way to treat damaged skin.

5.Stretch Marks and Glowing SkinIf you have stretch marks appearing, use aloe vera gel on them to prevent them from getting worse. Already have stretch marks? Aloe vera gel will aid in them fading. If you are just looking for younger looking, glowing skin, start moisturizing with aloe vera. Use it regularly and you’ll see that beautiful skin in no time!

6. It helps as a cleanserYou’ll find aloe in many over-the-counter facial and body cleansers, and for good reason. The antimicrobial and antibacterial agents make it ideal for ridding skin of harmful germs and bacteria. And since it is naturally moisturizing without being excessively oily or sticky, aloe is ideal for just about any skin type. You can count on the additional benefit of a more even skin tone, as the aloe will help reduce redness, puffiness, and irritation from skin conditions like eczema and acne, and will encourage new cell growth and vitality. Best of all, it’s completely natural, so you don’t have to worry about exposing your skin to any harmful or damaging chemicals.

It’s clear that aloe is one of nature’s most amazing plants. It’s no wonder that it’s been a superstar beauty essential for centuries.  If you haven’t experienced the benefits of using aloe on your skin, it might be time to see what this amazing substance can do for you!
We'd love your feedback on this, please comment and let us know.

Marketing strategies

August 07, 2018 9 Comments
What is Marketing strategy?

A marketing strategy is a business's overall game plan for reaching people and turning them into customers of the product or service that the business provides. The marketing strategy of a company contains the company’s value proposition, key marketing messages, information on the target customer and other high-level elements.
The marketing strategy informs the marketing plan, which is a document that lays out the types and timing of marketing activities. A company’s marketing strategy should have a longer lifespan than any individual marketing plan as the strategy is where the value proposition and the key elements of a company’s brand reside. These things ideally do not shift very much over timeAn organization's strategy that combines all of its marketing goals into one comprehensive plan. A good marketing strategy should be drawn from market research and focus on the right product mix in order to achieve the maximum profit potential and sustain the business. The marketing strategy is the foundation of a marketing plan. Having a really good marketing strategy can be the main difference between having major profits and having many unsold products. The marketing strategy used by the firm was approved by not only the marketing manager but the vice president of sales.

Strong marketing strategies help brands grow and gain industry dominance. A marketing strategy involves more than making advertisements that consumers will be attracted to. There has to be a connection, display of need and real value to the content to attract the right audience. The items discussed here all need to be included in your marketing strategy to be competitive, stay relevant and increase your consumer base. Now that we have a clear definition of the term, it’s time to get into the details: when can you be sure that you have a good marketing strategy? Pay attention to the following components, and you’ll get there:
1.Target Audience- With the help of your market research analysis, you should be able to identify your practice’s “target audience,” which is the specific group of patients to which you’d like to direct your marketing efforts. Your target audience might include patients of a certain age, gender, location, payer type or language/ethnicity and patients with certain clinical needs. Keep in mind that your target audience should not only be the patients you want to attract but also the people who can influence and provide exposure to that segment of the population.

2.Set goals and objectivesBefore you create a marketing plan, you must have a purpose for it. This purpose is based on the long-term goals that guide all of your efforts. Once these long-term goals are established, break them down into specific objectives. Your objectives should be measurable over a period of time. For example, your goal may be to establish a social media marketing strategy. Meanwhile, an objective related to this goal could be to gain 100 followers on social media during the first month on the platform.

3. Determine a budget. Before you can decide what specific marketing strategies you want to implement to achieve your goals, you need to examine your financial information and come up with a marketing budget. Marketing budgets vary by the type of market a practice is in, the age of a practice and whether the practice has marketed before. There’s no standard for how much a practice should spend. However, in our experience, practices in open markets have spent 3 percent to 5 percent of their annual gross incomes on marketing.  you can expect to spend 10 percent or more of your annual gross income the first year you implement the plan.

4.Outline your tactics- A successful marketing strategy is made up of many different tactics, including both online and offline options. Your goals, target audience, and industry factor into this decision. For example, if your target audience is young, focusing on social media is more beneficial as this is primarily where this group consumes content. If your industry is product-based (for example, if you design jewelry), then using a more visual platform would better showcase your products. To be most effective, you have to choose which methods are right for your business. Once you’ve selected your tactics, list them in your marketing plan and determine how they’ll help you reach your goals.

5.Analyze the researchNext, you need to analyze the raw data you collect and summarize it into meaningful findings that will be the foundation for determining which marketing strategies make the most sense and will get the best results for your practice The research will identify the wants and needs of your current and potential patients and will help you to define your target audience (for more on target audiences, see step 5, below). This is also a good time to look back at the goals you’ve chosen. Based on your research findings, you may need to modify some of your goals. A strategic marketing plan requires that your practice be defined in terms of what it does for patients. The research analysis will reveal your practice’s strategic advantages. After looking closely at your own practice as well as your competitors.

6. Always know about your position- A Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis can give you a snapshot of the situations you face as you market your business. Your strengths are what make your business unique, while your weaknesses are what you can improve on. The economy, your competitors, technology, and other external factors contribute to your opportunities and threats. By analyzing your situation this way, you can improve your marketing strategies, while overcoming challenges that may or may not be in your control. Create customer personas to help figure out who your ideal customers. This will help with your analysis.

7. Know your competition-You need to find out who your competitors are and what they have to offer. Check with your county or state medical society and your local hospital to find out how many other family physicians, nurse practitioners and general internists are in your service area, how long they’ve practiced in that location and how many have moved into your area over the past five years. Once you’ve determined who your competitors are, you need to assess them. This information may be a little harder to come by, but you can try to gather as much information as you can by simply asking other physicians, listening to your patients, friends and neighbors when they talk about their physicians and keeping your eye out for competitors’ advertisements.

8.Make a timeline- Your time is precious, especially when it comes to your marketing strategies. Based on the goals and objectives you’ve set for your business, create a timeline that will determine what will be completed and when. Remember to allow extra time for unexpected events that may delay some of your goals.

so this is all for good marketing strategies.  A good marketing plan outlines realistic marketing goals, strategies and actions based on sound information and research about your practice and your community. But the plan is only as good as your commitment to implementing it, dedicating sufficient resources to the endeavor, involving your staff and communicating openly with them. The marketing plan should not merely be written, reviewed and put away on a shelf. Instead, your practice marketing plan should be an evolving blueprint that guides your efforts and monitors your success. Marketing works when the dedication is there. It’s up to you!

Things to Remember in Life

August 05, 2018 2 Comments
In spite of how beautiful life can be, there are also moments of loneliness, rash decision-making, and gloomy, seemingly hopeless hours. We all go through similar days in our lives where we are blinded from seeing the beauty that's right in front of us. Although some situations seem difficult for us to contend with at a particular moment in time, they actually enable us to learn from them later on, accepting them as little life lessons.
It’s easy to wake up every day and see all the negativity in the world, but sometimes you need to stop and look at the positive and remember that while life gets tough sometimes, it’s really not all bad. When it feels like everything’s getting on top of you,
 remember these 12 things:

1.The Past Cannot be ChangedThe past cannot be changed, forgotten, or erased. However, it can prepare you for a brighter future. The past is what it is. There is no changing it. We might not know everything, and new discoveries are constantly being made. But in your immediate past, you pretty much know what you did right, and what you should have not done, or done differently. If your past is full of great things, and you are happy, keep doing what you’re doing. Yes, try new things, and see if you get more or less of what you want, and make adjustments as appropriate. That’s how life goes, and how one gets better at anything.

2.Opinion Don't Define Your RealityEveryone is entitled to an opinion, but not all opinions should be shared. While some are kind, others, not so much. The negative opinions people have of someone effect their life more than the positive opinions. For the reason that people dwell on those negative opinions, which can hurt a person emotionally, mentally and physically. Many people desire to be perfect in everything that they do, while that is just unrealistic. It breaks my heart to see so many people in this world let the opinions of others define them, hold them back. You are much more than just someones opinion of you. The more you believe that opinion, the more you believe it's true. The mind is very powerful, it will believe almost anything you tell it to believe. Opinions lead to overthinking about oneself, overthinking leads to sadness. Never let someones opinion of you define who you are as a person. Prove them wrong, you are worth it. 💛

3. Everyone's Journey is Different- Everyone's life is different, Everyone's journey is different, Everyone's purpose is different. Everyone's meaning of life is different. Therefore we all are different. Some would have mountains they would have to cross. If you have ever been able to enjoy the mountains, you know that they are a lot of hard work to climb, but oooooooooooo soooo worth it when you arrive at the top! You stand there and take it all in. But you also know what is waiting for you... the descent. We wouldn't have mountains if we didn't have valleys. Those valleys make the mountain tops all worth it! If there weren't any valleys, we wouldn't have mountain tops either, then the road would be just like any other straight, boring road.

4.Things Always Get Better With Time- 'Things can only get better' is what we often say and expect when a situation has reached its lowest point and it looks as if things can't be worse. It means that we hope the situation improves. It is a form of encouragement as hope is the only thing you need to stand against any of life's challenges. People with hope can endure things beyond what those without can even imagine.

5. Judgements are a Confession of CharacterPeople do not seem to realize that their opinion of the world is also a confession of character. -Ralph Waldo Emerson Ever since I can across this quote it has been one of my favorites and it has colored all my social interactions. I am now convinced the reactions in social situations say a whole lot more about the people doing the reacting than it does about the people they are reacting to. Sure the person tweeting something stupid, is probably a little naive. Maybe even a little unpleasant. But the people who immediately assume they are a horrible person for doing something stupid, are most likely just horrible people themselves.

6. Overthinking will Lead to Sadness

Whether they beat themselves up over a mistake they made yesterday or fret about how they’re going to succeed tomorrow, overthinkers are plagued by distressing thoughts—and their inability to get out of their own heads leaves them in a state of constant anguish. Studies
also show that overthinking leads to serious emotional distress. To escape that distress, many overthinkers resort to unhealthy coping strategies, such as alcohol or food.
If you’re an overthinker, you likely already know you can’t sleep when your mind won’t shut off. Studies confirm this, finding that rumination and worry lead to fewer hours of sleep and poorer sleep quality.

7. Happiness is Found Within- It is very common in these days a lot of people in their search for happiness, search for it not within themselves but in other people and in material things. Many of them assume that things such as a good job, more money, better relationships and others will give them the happiness that they are searching for. But, the truth is, we can only find true happiness and contentment if we look within ourselves and we learn how to be our self’s best friend. Even if our experience of happiness sometimes appears to be coming from an outer source or event, the true happiness is comming from within us.

8. Positive Thoughts Creates Positive ThingsWhen you think and talk about what you want and how to get it, you feel happier and in greater control of your life. When you think about something that makes you happy, your brain actually releases endorphins, which give you a generalized feeling of well-being. As a result, you develop a positive attitude. if you are looking for something good or beneficial in a person or situation, you will always find it.  And while you are looking, you will be a more positive and cheerful person.

9. Smiles are Contagious-  A warm, friendly, excepting smile can go a long way and is also part of the healing process. A smile is generally an expression of positive emotions, which can uplift a soul, who in turn passes that energy to another. Smile! It makes everyone in the room feel better because they, consciously or unconsciously, are smiling with you. Growing evidence shows that an instinct for facial mimicry allows us to empathize with and even experience other people's feelings. If we can't mirror another person's face, it limits our ability to read and properly react to their expressions.

10. Kindness is Free- Be patient as we dig a little bit into the nature of the things about which you ask. An act can never mean everything because it flows from a being. What means everything is therefore rooted in being. An act of kindness is a response to a value or a recognized good, specifically a value that draws empathy and compassion. So not only is being prior to kindness but the faculty to understand the state of another is prior to the act of kindness. Now there is no force that can command us to be kind so it also flows from a free choice…the choices being kindness, indifference and cruelty.

11. You Fail Only if You Quit- To be a successful entrepreneur you are going to have to learn to deal with failure. After all, if you are taking massive action in your business you will experience some failure. The ONLY difference between those who are successful and those who are not is that those who are successful get up one more time after they fall down.Without the failure we’re just playing it safe. We’re sitting in our comfy armchairs always knowing that we’ll succeed at what we never really try anything new. We’re never extending ourselves into the unknown reaches of what we’re capable of.

12. What Goes Around Comes Around- If someone treats other people badly he or she will eventually be treated badly by someone elseYou should not mistreat them. What goes around comes around.

Everything we say and do determines what’s going to happen to us in the future. Whether we act honestly, dishonestly, help or hurt others, it all gets recorded and manifests as a karmic reaction either in this life or a future life. All karmic records are carried with the soul into the next life and body.
