Fashion in summer

May 31, 2018 2 Comments

Summer in India- The summer starts in India from the beginning of March and continues up to June. Up to February the rays of the sun are soothing and we like to bask in the sun. But in March the season changes. The sun-rays become hotter day by day and we begin to get perspiration. The entire earth becomes heated in this season.

Tricks for Fashion in summer The scorching summer sun can cause you to sweat, get dehydrated and even break out into a heat rash. However, you can prevent some of these problems by dressing smart and wearing the right clothes to beat the heat.

*FabricsYou must use fabrics that are cool and they must be made of natural fiber. Do not use synthetics or polyester that will not allow air to flow through them. The cotton, linen or silk is better options for your summer wardrobe. The fabrics should be casual and the fashion must suit the season. Cotton absorbs the sweat from your body and allows it to evaporate into the air. It works like a towel, wicking the moisture away from your skin and discouraging the growth of bacteria and yeast. This makes it the perfect fabric for summer, because it keeps you cool and prevents infections.

*Wear loose clothes- The looser, the better. The less fabric you have actually touching your body, the more comfortable you will feel. Clothes that are tight will not allow the heat to come out of your body and it will also not let air to flow through them.  Your blood vessels tend to dilate in summer so that your body can cool itself by letting heat escape through your skin, so make it a point to wear loose and airy clothes to allow your blood to circulate freely. Lightweight 100% wool is a great option too. There is a general misconception that wool is better in winter. Lighter weaves of wool are suited for hot weather.

*Go for Light ColorsDark colors absorb light and can make you feel hot, while light colors reflect light and will keep you cool. Light color of your clothes is also a way to remain comfortable in summer. Colors like white, yellow, beige and other light shades keep you cool, because they reflect most of the sun's rays back into the atmosphere. Dark fabrics on the other hand tend to absorb these rays and trap their heat, making you feel even hotter. White should be best friend in summer. It is the most versatile color to wear. Whites, baby blues, grays, creams, yellows and tans will keep you feeling cooler than blacks, navy blues, or any other dark colors.

*Have Fun with SunglassesSunglasses are the perfect way to cover up your wrinkles and dark circles around the eye for a young and hip look. Use them in abundance in summer, if only to protect your eyes of the sun and harmful rays aand have fun with colors and shapes.

*Wear a Hat or keep a lightweight scarf in your Bag

Drape the scarf over your shoulders or head whenever you feel like you're getting too much sun. Hats are a classic and stylish option for men to protect their head and face from the sun.Body heat escapes most easily from the head – you want that heat to escape while protecting your head from the sun’s rays.A wide-brimmed straw or felt hat is lightweight and is constructed to allow air circulation through the venting holes on the sides of the hat.

*Say no to Makeup and JewelryYou must not wear any makeup as it can get washed away in the sweating. The makeup should be minimum so that you do not look weird while going out. Maintain the regular things that are a must and never use oil based makeup if you have oily skin. Use sun screen and some moisturizer that will moisturize your T zone. Leave the rest of the face bare. You would also do well if you avoid any jewelry while going out in the sun.

    Web Design

    May 27, 2018 171 Comments
Web  design is the process of creating websites. It encompasses several different aspects, including webpage layout, content production, and graphic design. Web design encompasses many different skills and disciplines in the production and maintenance of websites. The different areas of web design include web graphic design; interface design; authoring, including standardised code and proprietory softwareuser experience design; and search engine optimization. Website design means planning, creation and updating of websites.

Website design also involves information architecture, website structure, user interface, navigation ergonomics, website layout, colors, contrasts, fonts and imagery (photography) as well as icons design.  Web design is a similar process of creation, with the intention of presenting the content on electronic web pages, which the end-users can access through the internet with the help of a web browser.

    Aspects of  Modern Web Designing
    .
Modern Website design is a relative phrase.  Modern Website design doesn't require or benefit from a ton of bells and whistles. The more simple and clean the better the user experience is. Every year, we see new elements and styles in website design begin to emerge. Some elements -- when incorporated thoughtfully -- help tell stories and explain your company. Other elements work to improve how content looks on a specific device.

Here are the elements of web designing

    * Modified Colour use - The choice of colours depends on the purpose and clientele; it could be simple black-and-white to multi-coloured design, conveying the personality of a person or the brand of an organization, using web-safe colours. Check out huge sites like Apple, and  Amazon . You won't find a rainbow of colors, just one background color (white or black) and one major accent color (silver, yellow and blue, respectively). Simplifying the color scheme of your Site makes it easier to focus and this is why there are only minimal color combinations in modern Website designs.

    * Web Safe Typography- The  typography you use for your website determines the impression your visitors have about your business. When choosing the right typography for your brand name, you need one that can depict your brand image accurately. If you want a modern or young feel to your site, then sans serif may be the better choice. The use of various fonts can enhance a website design. Most web browsers can only read a select number of fonts, known as "web-safe fonts", so your designer will generally work within this widely accepted group.

    * Mobile Friendly- Advancements in technology give designers the freedom to add movement and innovation, allowing for web design that is always fresh, dynamic and professional. Your customers should access your website, products, or services on their mobile devices.

    * Search Engine Optimization (SEO)- There here are modern Website design elements that can greatly improve the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) of your Site. A lot of these are invisible to the naked eye, and also appear in the backend coding of your pages and posts. There are design tricks like meta tags, title tags, heading tags and other HTML code that can go a long way in helping your Site climb the ranks of Google's search engine.

    * ContentContent and design can work together to enhance the message of the site through visuals and text. Written text should always be relevant and useful, so as not to confuse the reader and to give them what they want so they will remain on the site. Content should be optimized for search engines and be of a suitable length, incorporating relevant keywords.

    * Background Videos- This is another trend in modern website design that is becoming increasingly popular. Whether it’s a background image or a video, it can help tell visitors what you are about and what you offer in an attractive and thoughtful way. These elements make it easier for the user to navigate, and more often than not, conversion rates will soar through the roof with this simple and effective change.

    * Calls to Action: conversion elementsconverting visitors into leads and customers is also very important to modern website design and here's why: Websites are meant to connect you with the people who are interested in your content, products and services. Once this connection is made, you want to retain some sort of relationship with these visitors. Increase active user participation and involvement, by adding comment boxes and opinion polls in the design. Convert users from visitors to clients with email forms and newsletter sign-ups

    Zumba

    May 26, 2018 10 Comments

    What is Zumba Dance?

In the 1990s, a Colombian dancer and choreographer developed [1] a new dance fitness program that he called Zumba, which combines elements of dance and aerobics, including many different styles of South American-inspired dancing and rudimentary exerciseIn today’s busy world, people are always looking for the next way to adapt so they have the time to get in shape and blow off some steam. There are a whole range of activities out there, but none have taken the UK by storm as much as Zumba, which combines dancing, music and movement into an exercise routine that leaves people with a serious buzz. Zumba is basically a dance form that has evolved out in this 21st century. This dance form basically consists of steps that are innovative and entertaining. There are some particular format and layout mentioned in zumba other than all other moves are innovative. There are several different kinds of Zumba classes, from Aqua Zumba workouts to classes like Zumba Toning that incorporate weights for additional calorie burning and strength training. There are even Zumba classes for kids.

Advantages of Zumba: Zumba is one of the most popular exercise crazes in recent years, and with good reason! There are many health benefits of zumba, including its ability to burn calories, work out the entire body, boost the metabolism,  increase endurance, boost mood, aid coordination, and improve confidence.

*Calorie and fat burning- At its core, Zumba classes provide a large calorie burn through aerobic activity done with interval training in mind. The average person will burn around 600 to 1,000 calories in a Zumba class. A 2015 study found that women who were obese and/or had type 2 diabetes lost about 2.5 pounds and decreased their body fat by 1% by doing Zumba just thrice a week for 16 weeks.

*Progress coordination- By joining a Zumba class you’ll definitely improve your coordination, and if you didn’t already know, it is extremely important to have good coordination as you grow older. Maybe this doesn’t seem so important to you right now, but you will appreciate it once you get older and you won’t suffer from the consequences of poor coordination.

*Full Body Workout- Zumba is both a dance class and a fitness class. Areas it targets Core, Arms, Legs, Back, and Glutes. Even those who are just learning the dance steps will find themselves waking up the day after a Zumba class with a definitive post-workout feeling.

*Aerobic advantagesZumba makes getting to your target heart rate much easier than standard workout routines that you'd find on a DVD or in a gym. It does this by using songs that play around 145 beats per minute. This fast pace makes it feel natural to move around quickly. This will set you on the path to true aerobics excercise. If you are trying to build endurance, this is the best thing you can do for yourself. Exercising for prolonged periods at this rate can increase the strength of your heart.

*Anaerobic benefits- Aerobics means “without oxygen” and refers to exercise is short, fast and high intensity. Use anaerobic exercises to build and tone muscles. Anaerobic exercises include free weights, Body Sculpt, Pilates, and weight circuit training.  It builds up your anaerobic endurance rather quickly. This type of training is as intense as one should go without explicit direction from a physician. Overall, it's most useful for helping to maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system. It increases how much oxygen you can breathe during a high-intensity event. Many athletes train at this level for just this reason.

*Increased confidenceThe social aspect of zumba is different than most workout situations. By improving your dance moves and your physical health in a fun, informal setting like a zumba class can make you feel more comfortable with your body, which improves  self-confidence, and encourages you to return for another workout soon!  Zumba develops our passion through body movement, giving us more confidence.

*Mood Boosting- Zumba is the perfect workout to take if you want to get rid of all that stress you accumulate during your every day. by joining a Zumba class, you’ll surely be able to feel your worries melt away as you lose yourself in the music.

    Horror Movies

    May 25, 2018 1 Comments
    What is Horror Movies?

Horror Movies are unsettling films designed to frighten and panic, cause dread and alarm, and to invoke our hidden worst fears, often in a terrifying, shocking finale, while captivating and entertaining us at the same time in a cathartic experience. Horror films effectively center on the dark side of life, the forbidden, and strange and alarming events. They deal with our most primal nature and its fears: our nightmares, our vulnerability, our alienation, our revulsions, our terror of the unknown, our fear of death and dismemberment, loss of identity, or fear of sexuality.

The Curse of Frankenstein(1957) It was the first horror film in colour, and its critical reception was savage. The Curse of Frankenstein is an incredibly handsomely-made film, made even more stunning when one remembers it was the first of its kind.  Prior to the film release, Hammer had dabbled in science fiction horror, but most of their ventures had been in black and white. Even though The Curse of Frankenstein was made on a minimal budget, it certainly doesn't show. The sets, costumes and acting is all top natch. the quality of Hammer's early horror films in part inspired Alferd Hitchcock in making Psycho - the director took it upon himself as a challenge ta create a high grossing horror film made on a low budget.

The 5 Best Horror Movies of All Time

1.Psycho(1960)- Psycho is now considered one of Hitchcock's best films and praised as a major work of cinematic art by international film critics and scholars.
In this film, Hitchcock's gimmicky device, termed a MacGuffin (the thing or device that motivates the characters, or propels the plot and action), is the stolen $40,000 from the realtor's office. Marion Crane becomes a secondary MacGuffin after her murder.

3.The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (1974)- A truly terrifying piece of film making that has beautiful cinematography and documentary-style camera work filled with disturbing imagery that creates non stop suspense. The movie’s based on factual material, according to the narration that opens it. For all I know, that’s true, although I can’t recall having heard of these particular crimes, and the distributor provides no documentation.

    Director: Tobe Hooper.

Writers: Kim Henkel (screenplay), Tobe Hooper (screenplay)
